When should I RSVP by?
We’d love to hear from you by September 1st! If you already know you’re coming, don’t keep us in suspense; RSVP early and let the countdown begin! And if you can’t make it, still let us know as we’ll miss celebrating with you ❤️
Can I bring a plus one?
Your invitation lists the people formally invited; any plus-one included will appear as "Guest" on your RSVP. We know many of you are traveling from near and far, and with Montreal in full fall glory we truly hope you'll take the time to explore the city and make a trip out of it. If you'd like to discuss your invitation, please don't hesitate to reach out to us as soon as possible.
Are children welcome?
We have made this an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives everyone a chance to relax and enjoy the evening—thank you for understanding :)
Where and what kind of venue is this?
We've chosen a stunning private historic club nestled along the waterfront in the West Island of Montreal for both ceremony and reception. Picture elegant indoor spaces, beautiful grounds, and outdoor waterfront views. Full details will be shared with confirmed guests!
Do you have a registry?
Your presence at our celebration means the world to us, especially knowing so many of you are traveling to be there.
If you'd like to honor Vietnamese tradition, gifting cash in a red envelope (bao lì xì) is a customary and heartfelt way to celebrate a couple's new chapter. A decorated envelope box will be at the reception for your convenience.
For those who prefer a traditional registry, we've put together a small selection of items we'd love as we settle into our new home together. No expectations, no pressure as your being there is truly the greatest gift!
What is the dress code?
Our dress code is garden-inspired elegance! Feel free to visit 'Dress Code' tab see some inspiration colors and styles.
Is there parking available?
Yes! Ample of parking is available on-site at no extra cost. However, we want to make sure that no one is drinking and driving. We would advise you to Uber back if necessary. Cars can be picked up the next day!
Will the ceremony be outdoors?
Yes — our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held in the garden, so please dress for an outdoor setting; the reception will be indoors.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony starts at 4:00 PM; please arrive at least 15 minutes early to get seated. Doors will open at 3:30 PM. Allow extra travel time with potential traffic: Downtown Montreal to the venue can take about 45 minutes, midtown about 30 minutes, and it's roughly 10 minutes from the airport.
I have a dietary restriction, can you accomodate that?
Of course! Please indicate that in your RSVP and we can make sure there's still something delicious waiting for you.
Will there be an open bar?
Absolutely! We'll have a fully stocked open bar during cocktail and after dinner service. We expect drinks in hand and dancing shoes on, if you don't have a story to tell the next morning, we haven't done our job!
I've never been to Montreal around this time. What should I wear?
It will be around 50-60F. On Oct 16, 2025, at 4PM was 57F. We anticipated it will be around the same temperature for this year. That is around 14C and coldest may be 10C. However, knowing Montreal we wouldn't know for sure until closer to the date!
